We had a fantastic stay at this camp. The location was great, far away from everything, allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the desert. The night sky was absolutely amazing! The tent and the main tent were very comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax. The staff, particularly Mohammed, were extremely friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the camp was impeccable, adding to the overall positive experience.
Not one thing.

The location was magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to 12th-century fortress. Moreover, the area was lovely. Booked a room with breakfast. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.

There is only one room per floor without a direct view of the river. One of them became ours.

Location was excellent, room was very nice although sun coming in the window made it very hot (shouldn't complain about sun in March). No comment on food as we did not eat in the hotel - felt the breakfast was overpriced and there were plenty of places to go in the area
Biggest issue was the lack of sockets in the room. There was only one that could be used for phone charger, hair straighteners etc but it was unusable because it was set so close to the join of the unit to the wall that a plug with a rigid bit when the flex joins (as most of them have) would not fit. This meant scrabbling about on hands and knees and having to unplug the fridge in order to plug in other items.

Very nice views, friendly staff, big bedroom with comfortable beds. Lovely stay!
It's near the train station. The only bad thing, to say the least, is the long stairs down to the hotel street. If I have to say something "wrong" it'd be the long steps to get the hotel. However it's a seven-minute walking from and to the place.

Black hair in the bathtub from the previous guest is really bad. The bathroom is also tired. The room itself was super beautiful and comfortable. Great view of the water.

The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife and the bustling city center. Our room had a superb view of the river, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially the girls at reception.

The gadgets are a little old.
